Matthew M. Merwin is the co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of Financial Management Network Inc. He is involved in managing the operations and development of the firm. Matt has been with FMN for over 10 years, and is equipped to help his clients develop and implement financial solutions for their individual goals and objectives.

Matt graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Finance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Matt is also a Registered Representative with FMN Capital Corporation and an Investment Adviser Representative of Financial Management Network, Inc. Matt holds a Series 7 (General Securities Representative Exam) and 66 (Uniform Investment Adviser - Combined State Laws Exam) license as well as a life and disability insurance license. Matt also holds his Series 28 (Introducing Broker Dealer Financial and Operations Principal) designation, and is the Finance and Operations Principal for FMN Capital Corporation.

Matt Lives in San Clemente with his Wife Kayla and three children.
